Incorporated in May 2014, Jindal Tubular USA acquired the Bay St. Louis pipe mill assets in August of that year. The company is a joint venture between the P. R. Jindal Group and Ferrotech FZE.
Our 155-acre site at Port Bienville Industrial Park combines HSAW pipe manufacturing, coating and logistics. The facility serves gas transmission and midstream companies, structural contractors and pipe distributors.
From line pipe to coatings and transportation, the objective is straightforward: give customers a clear, coordinated scope for their infrastructure requirements.

The facility’s manufacturing history began before Jindal’s acquisition in 2014.
